Twistin’ Tarantulas are a tradition “Downstairs” at the Detroit Autorama. I always make it a point to catch their show when I’m covering the event for my other site gearheadgary.com.
The Tarantulas are one of my favorite bands, local or otherwise. I catch them whenever I can and enjoy their uniquely Detroit Psychobilly Punk Style. Pete, Carl and Nick are all amazing musicians in their own rights, but when they get together, it’s quite a show. Shortly after this event I published an album review for their new album on National Rock Review.
